A Dual Branded Hotel By Wyndham

The Wyndham Hotel Group recently announced that they recently signed the largest hotel development project in Brickell, Miami. A 445 room dual branded hotel that consists of the first ever combination of the Wyndham Grand and TRYP by Wyndham brands.

The New dual branded hotel is owned by Brazilian developer Galwan and designed by the award-winning architecture firm Aquitechtonica. This amazing new hotel will open in late 2019. It is the first ever development for Galwan in the United States. Miami had nearly 16 million visitors last year and more expected in the years to come, Miami is one of the worlds most  coveted travel destinations with a style of its own making this the perfect setting for the new hotel.

Today there are over 400 dual branded hotels that are either already opened or under construction. That number is going to grow over the next few years as travelers seek personalized experiences. The choice of brands lets guests to customize their trip without having to inconvenience themselves. This 41 floor hotel will offer 200 rooms under Wyndham Grand brand, and 245 rooms under the TRYP by Wyndham brand. Both hotels will share a grand lobby and a lounge space on the first floor, an eight story parking garage, a pool deck, a fitness center  and 8,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel rooftop will have a three meal restaurant and bar inspired by the TRYP brand.

About the Wyndham Grand brand: The upper scale Wyndham grand brand can be found around the world. This new hotel will be the Wyndham Grand’s fourth brand in Florida, Joining its family members from Clearwater Beach, Orlando, and Jupiter.

 

About TRYP by Wyndham: TRYP properties are located in the worlds most cosmopolitan cities. This hotel adds TRYP’s existing portfolio in Florida which includes locations such as Fort Lauderdale and St. Augustine.
