At 1185 Broadway at 28th Street, a new Ritz Carlton hotel is rising, costing $500 million. The tower will feature 250 hotel rooms, 16 branded residences designed by architect Rafael Vinoly, with interiors created by Yabu Pushelberg. The tower will soar 500 feet in the air and offer guests and residents breath taking views of the Empire State Building and downtown Manhattan.
The Ritz Carlton NoMad Tower will also Include a fine dining restaurant, the brands renowned club lounge, a signature Ritz Carlton Spa and fitness center, a rooftop bar, a large public garden, two ballrooms and an open terrace that will have greenery and trees. All this coupled with all of the amenities and the Ritz Carlton 5 star service.
