The 150-bed hotel will feature a 32,000 square foot conference center and a 13,700 square foot alumni center. The building is scheduled to open in 2021. The hotel will be built by Virginia based Concord Eastridge and operated by Benchmark management Company.  The architects of the hotel are Atlanta based, Rabun Architects.
