The famous Margaritaville Resorts is making its way to Time Square in 2020. It will be located at the corner of Seventh Avenue and 40th Street. This three hundred million dollar resort will be home to more than 200 guest rooms. This will be the first Margaritaville hotel is the northeast and it is going to bring something different to the city that never sleeps.
