Construction has started on the newly anticipated Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. This property is the first Four Seasons in the city, the first 5 star hotel in New Orleans, the first hotel serviced condominium, the first luxury hotel that offers views, lush amenities and services in this historic city. The property when completed will have 341 guest rooms and 81 residential units making this one of the largest Four Seasons property when it opens in 2020.

While the hotel has all the bells and whistles like any other Four Seasons properties, the residences have some amenities not usually found in residence style properties. They will include Residential Concierge, private lobby, 24 hour door man, bell man, and staff to help any resident with any of their concerns such as resident dining and catering, housekeeping, grocery shopping services, valet parking, taxi service, and mail service. All this will add a feeling of luxury to residents.
