San Luis Resorts Joins The List Of Hotels That Use ALICE Concierge Software

The San Luis Resort which consists of three sister properties has selected ALICE to improve their Communication operations at their beachfront resort. Prior to implementing the famous ALICE software, the San Luis staff was communicating with radios and documenting guest requests manually. The hotel staff sees ALICE as an eye-opening way to provide faster service across the hotel. The rollout of the ALICE suite of products included concierge software, preventative maintenance software, and an integrated hotel guest message system.

The San Luis Resort located just a short distance from Houston on the Texas Gulf Coast offers the perfect Galveston Island experience.
