The United States First Triple Branded Marriott Property

The country’s first triple branded hotel will rise up in the streets of downtown Nashville later this year. The property will offer 470 guestrooms that will be split among three Marriott brands. They are, AC by Marriott, SpringHill Suites, and Residence Inn. The SpringHill Suites will have 125 suites, the Residence Inn will have 136 suites, and the AC by Marriott will have 209 guest rooms. The property will be a short walking distance from the music city center. The property will have five meeting rooms, which will have a total of 9,000 square feet of space, a penthouse ballroom with 16 foot high floor to ceiling windows and a private outdoor rooftop bar and pool with hot tub. There will also be fire pits, six food and beverage areas, and free breakfast for SpringHill and Residence Inn guests. Oh and don’t forget the free high-speed WiFi.

AC Hotel

The AC Hotel will occupy 209 guestrooms of the 470. The hotel has the penthouse and presidential suite on the 22nd floor with views of Nashville. The hotel will offer Mobile check in, check out, modern sleek furniture and open closet space in the rooms. Guests are sure to enjoy the supplied Korres bath products. The design of the hotel will incorporate music themes and include inspirational patterns and lines. The attention to detail creates an inviting atmosphere to draw guests in.

SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn.

The SpringHill Suites will occupy floors seven through eleven and offer rooms with king or double queen bed suites. Each room comes furnished with a dedicated work space, microwave, and mini-fridge. The Residence Inn will occupy floors twelve through twenty with one or two bedroom suites that include a full kitchen with a dining bar or dining area as well as a work space. The SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn will share its public area, and it will be a colorful atmosphere with contemporary interior design.
