Cozy cottage at Klitgårds Fiskerleje – cozy and completely undisturbed Close to the atmospheric Klitgårds Fiskerleje lies this charming cottage, built in 1974 and modernized in 2021. The house is located on a lovely, peaceful plot, beautifully surrounded by tall trees, which provide both shelter and a feeling of complete privacy. There is also a practical carport on the plot. Inside, the house offers a bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating as well as a combined washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms: one with a comfortable ¾ bed and one with a spacious bunk bed (90x200). Both rooms are equipped with electric radiators. The well-equipped, small kitchen includes, among other things, a stove with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher and a small refrigerator with freezer compartment. The cosily furnished living room invites you to relax and socialize and is equipped with a wood-burning stove, Smart TV, wireless internet and an energy-efficient air/air heat pump. Here you live in a quiet and attractive holiday home area with a short drive to both Nibe and Aalborg, where there are good shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and experiences for the whole family. Note: The house is not rented to craftsman and youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
