Beautiful, newly renovated house rurally located in Falerum where you can enjoy seeing the unafraid fallow deer that move freely in the area. You have a large garden with fruit trees and outdoor furniture to enjoy the summer in. There is beautiful nature around here and you have the Ekehultebergen nature reserve with hiking trails nearby. A nice swimming area with a sandy beach and jetty can be found in lake Åkervristen 2km away. The house's kitchen is neat and fresh with a dining area, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and large fridge and freezer. The living room is large with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace which you are NOT allowed to light a fire in. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a bunk bed. Here is also the larger nice bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer. A beautiful staircase leads up to the second floor where there is another living room with a sofa bed for one person. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. From here you can glimpse the lake between the treetops. Upstairs there is also a toilet with sink. You live only 25 km from the sea, where you can experience popular summer resorts such as Valdemarsvik, Loftahammar and Västervik, which lie like a string of gems along the coast. For the younger ones, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World is usually popular. Or why not Kolmårdens Djurpark with an ice cream stop in wonderful Söderköping on the way. Söderköping offers fantastic views, here you can take a look at the boats that beautifully glide by on Göta Kanal. You´re not allowed to charge electric cars.
