Located in a golf cart friendly area, this adorable three bedroom, two bathroom cottage is full of coastal charm, and is less than five minutes from Rockport Beach, the Maritime Museum, the Festival Grounds, and the Heritage District. The interior has a soothing coastal vibe throughout the cottage. In the main living area, there is a cozy side chair rocker, a roomy sofa that doubles as a queen sized sleeper with a gel mattress, and a big screen television. Be sure to play a game of chess at the game table. The three bedrooms, each has its own television, are located off the living area. The new king mattress and the two new queen mattresses will have everyone sleeping late. The adorable kitchen is bathed in natural light, thanks to its south facing windows. You can keep an eye on the kiddos in the back yard from here, too. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal, or a pitcher of margaritas. The dining area is open to the kitchen and the dining table has seating for four people. From here you can access the back patio. Kick back and relax under the pergola while the kids play on the playscape. Enjoy a cool beverage while grilling the days catch on the charcoal grill.
