Positive: Location was good and heritage buildings. Outdoor bathrooms. Organised boat trip was pleasant.

Negative: Poor signage to property-taxi drivers unable to find it. Poor staff communication- not orientated to overseas visitors. No menu or photos or. suggestions for food. Limited breakfast options. No mosquito protection for rooms. No room tea making facilities. Poor wifi.

Summary: A great location but facilities need updating. We would recommend developing a printed/online menu
