3–4 Guests: Access to 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms (Includes Master King with ensuite + 1 Main Bathroom). Remaining rooms locked.
5–6 Guests: Access to 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. Remaining rooms locked.
7–8 Guests: Access to 4 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms (All bathrooms unlocked). Remaining room locked.
9–10 Guests: Access to the entire homestead (All 5 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms).
Note for groups requiring individual rooms: Our base rate is calculated on double occupancy (2 guests per bed).
