Summary: The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?
