Downstairs, a second lounge offers additional space to unwind, complete with a fold-out queen-sized futon bed, TV, and a mini bar with a sink and bar fridge.
The gourmet kitchen features premium appliances, generous bench space, and an oversized island with bar seating. The dining area maintains the home’s airy open-plan feel while bringing everyone together with ease.
Step onto the expansive balcony overlooking Semaphore Beach, where outdoor seating, a BBQ, ceiling fan, and sweeping outlooks create the perfect setting for alfresco dining, sunset drinks, or slow mornings spent soaking in the sea breeze. Downstairs, the landscaped backyard provides an additional space with established greenery and open lawn.
Each of the four bedrooms is designed for comfort, featuring queen beds, ceiling fans, and ducted air conditioning.
