Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: There was ample and high quality food - lots of choice and lots of it. The location is excellent for seeing animals from one's deck at close range. As it's a private reserve and was quite arid and specific number of water holes also pretty much guaranteed to see lots of game especially as the rangers/drivers all co-ordinate sightings between them. People were very friendly. Also aircon in rooms when hot.

Negative: Showering in the bath was a bit of a death trap if one didn't want to shower outside.

Summary: Luxury end of lodges - pretty much guaranteed to see lots of game - very friendly staff
