Summary: Everything was as expected but the service was not up to the standard i expect from 5 star boutique hotel. Im particular as residents we made a table reservation at a specific table for dinner one evening only to find when we came down it was occupied by walk in diners. Pnly after complaining twice and speaking to the duty manager were the other people moved. Priority should be given to residents over casual diners.
