Positive: Quiet area and good value for money. Clean and comfortable.

Negative: On arrival I had to phone to request someone to open gate. When checking out nobody around to leave keys and open gate. Maybe a bell/intercom at the reception and gate to alert staff if some arrives or need to check out.
