Summary: We stayed here when we first arrived in Mumbai and enjoyed the property and staff so much, we booked again on our return after touring south India. They just did some facade renovations that came out great in a historic building. Rooms either have attached bathroom or shared hostel type and both settings were clean with hot water. A/C in both rooms was working great. Rooms were both clean for check in. There’s a nice balcony with tables overlooking a busy street to just take in daily life. Hotel manager is very helpful and accommodating for advice or services that you need and the rest of the staff was helpful too. Location is great right behind the Taj hotel with coffee shops and restaurants all in walking distance where you can eat out as budget or as lavash as you want. Would definitely stay here again on a return to Mumbai.
