Summary: This hotel deserves a better rating than it has. Regardless of the fact that it is overpriced and not really a boutique hotel, it’s in a very good neighbourhood in Delhi, access to the airport is straightforward, it’s clean, safe, friendly and comfortable. They will arrange a car for pick ups and drop off (the car had working seat belts) at railway stations and the airport - just contact them direct rather than through the Hotels.com app (no response through the app, but very good communication once communication started). The restaurant is very ordinary, but if you can get across the road there are other eateries within a reasonable distance.
