Negative: They said that the vouchers I got from Booking.com cannot be redeemed. According to them Booking.con provides vouchers on their own and they can’t do anything with that. I got 15% off on food and drinks from Booking.com and at the time of check out when I was at the reception,the hotel management straightaway said no to provide discount

Summary: Stay was good but the deals was not transparent at all
