The house offers 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 guests, as well as a cosy alcove with space for one additional child. You can enjoy the sun all day on the terraces surrounding the house, and after a day at the beach, rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.
Directly opposite the house, you will find a large open green area with a playground and football goals – perfect for children to play freely.
Just 150 metres away lies a peaceful sandy beach, accessible only to residents of the area. The beach also features two new bathing piers built in 2024, enhancing the seaside experience even further.
The house is insulated for year-round use and equipped with a heat pump. There is underfloor heating throughout the property as well as additional radiators in every room, making it ideal for rental all year round.
