Summary: Hotel Ruby was a good hotel, and the stay was really pleasant. The only reason I’m deducting two stars is that the AC wasn’t working, and the ceiling fan wasn’t functioning properly—it didn’t provide sufficient airflow. Apart from that, everything else was nice.
