Positive: A well-maintained apartment. Neat and tidy. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Provides an excellent view of outside area, especially the sunrise as the main balcony is towards the east. Restrooms were also very clean. Overall, the apartment provided a homely feeling. The host was also very cordial. He provided us with a list of places that we could visit in two days' time. He helped in giving us inputs as and when we called him and needed it. I would rate this stay very high and would book this again if I visit Chikkamagalur anytime.

Negative: Nothing much at this point in time. But, if this facility extends in future, it would be a good idea to provide a cafeteria or so.
