Negative: The apartment is newly built, modern, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, I would like to share a few suggestions that could really improve the experience for future guests. The main issue was the cleanliness. The kitchen countertops still had fingerprints on them, and there was dust in several places, including the bedside lamp. It would also be great to provide some basic essentials such as tea, coffee, a dishwashing sponge, and kitchen towels. These are small things that most guests expect when staying in an apartment. We visited during winter, and Sydney was quite cold. When making the booking, I clearly stated that there would be five guests staying in the apartment. However, only two lightweight quilts were provided, which were not enough for five people or suitable for the cold weather. I ended up asking a friend to bring us extra blankets so we could sleep comfortably. Another issue was the rubbish disposal. We placed our rubbish outside the apartment, but it remained there for all three days of our stay. We also couldn’t find any information about where guests were supposed to dispose of their rubbish. Overall, the apartment has great potential because it is new and comfortable. With better attention to cleanliness, a few basic amenities, enough bedding for the number of guests booked, and clearer rubbish disposal instructions, it would provide a much better experience for future guests.
