Positive: The unit was exactly as advertised. I expected it to be a small unit. I would suggest people do a bit of research if they're not familiar with "tiny house" living, e.g. the double bed is built into a corner, meaning if you're a couple, one will have to almost certainly wake up or "bug" the other by climbing over them in the middle of the night to go to the loo (just an example). For a single occupant (like I was) the unit was perfect.

Negative: It's a small thing but clearer instructions what to do with the cushions on the sun loungers when it rains will help. The instructions say please ensure they're put away, but does that mean putting them inside the unit, and if so, where? (huge cushions in a tiny unit). OR do the instructions refer to the smaller scatter cushions usually one the bed, i.e. "if you take these outside, please put them back inside when you go out or when it rains". The WiFi seemed to be good enough for basic social media. It seemed to be very spotty inside the unit, e.g. fine in front of the kitchen sink, but not great in bed. But it could also be my devices so apologies if I'm wrong about that.

Summary: Really enjoyed the unit and the peace and quiet of the surrounding area.
