Positive: The property is right on the banks of the canal . Beautiful views of the boats going by and sunset on the roof terrace . I enjoyed fishing along the canal bank just outside the gate of the property. The property is 20 min walk to the main road, and a 5 min ride by the local yellow Tata Magic shuttle car driver Abhilash ( I recommend you save his number). Staff are friendly and the room and common areas are spacious. Bed and linen was clean and the air condition worked well. The management accommodated our requests for a change of rooms and Amal the caretaking staff even took me shopping on his bike when I needed something specific from the stores. We walked along the village road and enjoyed the sights, birdlife, peaceful nature and friendly faces . There is a small restaurant and grocery stores with the basics a short walk away. We cooked one meal in the kitchen.

Negative: Cleanliness of the dining and kitchen can be improved.
