6 Bedroom House in Osthammar, Östhammar

1,5 hour from the Stockholm Arlanda Airport, you may now explore our old fisherman´s place in the northern Roslagen archipelago with stunning sea view, two residentials and one guest house, together 10 beds.
This exclusive property is located directly at the shore in Kallrigafjärden and borders a nature reserve, about 20 km from the summer metropolis Öregrund and the picturesque village of Östhammar.
Closest towns are Uppsala, 1 hour and Gävle 45 min.
Both houses are newly renovated and are very freshly furnished and have splendid sea views. Fully equiped kitchens, floorheating and fireplaces.
Sörgården, built 1930 is the largest, with 3 bedrooms upstairs, totaly 4 beds, bathroom (shower) and a balcony overlooking the sea. There are 4 fireplaces in this house. The kitchen and livingroom + diningroom and a veranda is downstairs. There are also a guest-wc at the groundfloor containing a wash-machine.
Mellangården is smaller, but is located right on the cliff, you will sure listen to the vaves when going to sleep in this house. It offers a double-bed in the groundfloor, combined kitchen/livingroom and a beautiful veranda. The bathroom (shower) is also in the groundfloor. A steep staircase takes you to the upper bedroom with 2 singlebeds. We do not recommend small children to use the stairs. There are totaly 4 beds in Mellangården. Just outside on the cliff, you will find a deck with the most beautiful panorama ever.
Norrgården, the guesthouse is close to Mellangården. It offers one bedroom with 2 singlebeds, a bathroom with a shower (no wc) and a sauna. Run from here and throw yourself into the water!
The garden is very private and has got large lawns, beautiful cliffs, a small "beach" in a tiny bay. The shoreline is about 100 m with a large bridge in the middle. This paradise is made for fishing, swimming, canoeing, barbequing and spectacular sunsets. Very convenient for two families.

Summary: Amazing place with beautiful view!We spent two weeks at this lovely spot and enjoyed every second of it! The view of the water and surrounding woods is incredible and even if it’s a little stormy you can always find a sheltered place to enjoy your coffee/meal outside. And it’s great to go swimming from your own jetty with nobody else around! But even if it’s raining it’s no problem since the houses are comfortably furnished and very cosy. Besides that the kitchens provide everything you need for cooking. So you feel that the owners really put a lot of thought into ensuring that their guests have a pleasant stay.
