Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Everything was located exactly as explained. Lock boxes were in perfect working order. The condo location was ideal for visits to El Yunque and the Luquillo kioskos. Restaurants within walking distance of the condo and a shopping center with grocery store, Walgreens, and food options a short drive. The parking attendants staffing the private parking garage were always attentive and the property felt very secure from a safety stand point. In unit laundry was a huge plus!

Negative: The building is currently undergoing renovation and some areas were not accessible. The pool didn’t appear to be open and the elevator from the garage was not working in working order. Not a major problem though because it was easy to drop bags off at the main door. If you’re a first time visitor it’s important to note the beach is not recommended for swimming, but is better suited for body boarding and surfing. My husband and son did get a little body surfing in, but you should be very aware of the currents and flag warnings as rip currents can be strong. Also, I would recommend add i Grammy’s information for guest on fire evacuation procedures.

Summary: Would recommend this location for families looking for a budget friendly home base.
