Summary: We arrived to be told that we could not have dinner as we haven’t booked before 2 PM and we did not arrive until 3pm. We were disappointed, but even more disappointed in the morning when we got up for breakfast and we told that because we hadn’t ordered it the day before there was no breakfast. This was unsatisfactory. They should’ve told us this or at least put a letter in the room on the day you arrive. On top of this there was a phone left on reception and the alarm went off at 5 AM and did not stop, it had been left there by the receptionist so both ourselves and the other couple in the other room that were with us were awake from 5 and then not to get breakfast was the final straw.
