Villa 5.1 is a self-catering, 3 bedroomed terraced duplex unit with breath-taking ocean views from all living areas and bedrooms. The Golf Villa has been tastefully decorated to follow the resort's high standards.
The ground floor is open-planned with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining and lounge area, leading onto a covered patio with braai facilities. The first guest bedroom can be found on the ground floor which is ideal for early morning risers that do not want to disturb the rest of the household. All 3 bedrooms are spacious with loads of cupboard space and en-suite bathrooms, that include shower, bath and basin.
The second floor is where the master bedroom and the second guest room can be found. The master bedroom opens up onto a large patio offering views that very few estates can compete with.

Summary: Great apartment with a fantastic view overlooking the Pinnacle Point Golf Course 16th Green. All rooms are spacious with separate bath to modern standard. Don't get fooled by the picture of the pool it is minute and not big a enough to swim. All else is great. Just make sure the fingerprint process is done correctly or You'll have to check through the main entrance manually every time.... Christina, the property manager is very nice and helpful quickly addressing any issues or questions we had. If we go to mosselbay again this is on our stay list.
