Positive: Its a big 8 bedroom villa with private well maintained swimming pool. We went there for corporate offsite and we had lots if fun. They have parking for upto 4-5 cars with peaceful environment around the property. Most beaches are about 15-25 mins of drive away. Goa is of course much more than only beaches.

Summary: Fantastic Stay. Left with wonderful memories. Good host and maintained big villa.
