Summary: Very noisy and lots of disturbance. Music player in the hotel so loud it shook the room in the evening and we couldn't sleep. Deputy manager didn't offer an apology, solution or compensation. In the morning building work and hammering from 6am. Certainly wasn't up to 5 star standard level of service or comfort, for >£100 per night!
