Negative: It wasn't obvious that we had to call the host to send someone (their family member) to hand over the keys and walk us through the room. Plus, as we were settling down, that person took the liberty to walk into the house without our permission and started browsing through TV channels trying to demo their TV. A little privacy please, sir! We had to ask them to leave. After a long drive to Tirupati, we don't want a stranger inside the property we paid for. The property is also located quite far from the Tirumala road. There are very little food options around the neighborhood. I regret not choosing a cheaper, better options that are closer to the city center.
