Negative: Someone within Sterling Jaisinghgarh is misusing customer booking information and customers are receiving scam messages to their WhatsApp trying to click on links to divulge personal information. I received three separate WhatsApp messages from a person called Emma Larsen from three separate numbers trying to scam me (see attached photos). Each message contains my name, booking.com reference, travel dates. This means someone is leaking customer information to scammers. I raised this matter with reception but was ignored. Raising this here to make customers aware. Booking.com also ignored my concerns.
