Positive: The breakfasts were very yummy and we were very.impressed with the chef, Wesley and the way in which he looked after us while at breakfast. Very friendly guy! We enjoyed being able to meet the owner, who was so generous and accommodating when anything needed attention!

Negative: I booked for The Orchard. We drove all over Addo in the dark looking for the place and nobody had a clue where this place was. No-one had even HEARD of it!! Eventually we found a number to phone. We were then directed to a place called "THE KRAAL"!! I had no idea what was going on! Then, at The Kraal, we were taken to a family room in what appeared to be an old hotel. We booked for a self-catering unit, but we got something totally different with no facilities for it to be self-catering at all. Not having a fridge was incredibly inconvenient for us! Just a kettle was available. On enquiring, we learnt that the self-catering rooms were right at the back of the premises, but that they were either fully booked or under construction! Apparently THAT BLOCK was called THE ORCHARD! We were very confused, because I had definitely booked at The Orchard and NOT at The Kraal! And when I booked and then received an email to confirm, there was absolutely NO MENTION of The Kraal whatsoever! I would strongly suggest that The Orchard should fall under The Kraal when advertising it! I feel that it wasn't advertised correctly and truthfully and hope that they adjust their way of advertising for the future.

Summary: Our stay was comfortable and the staff were SO friendly and accommodating.
