Positive: - The location is about a 20 min walk from the central street and lake in Nainital - It is fairly quiet around the hotel premises

Negative: - The rooms are much smaller than indicated in the pictures - The beds are smaller than an average queen size bed which made it uncomfortable - They have NO ROOM SERVICE available even for a cup of tea/coffee - The larger room has a kitchen space, but no pots, pans, plates or equipment to cook. - The hotel team to manages the correspondence is lax and laid back - They took for ever to send the tax invoices - Overall, the place was a let down. There's a property within stones throw from this one which seemed more professional and cleaner.
