For reservations longer than 28 nights unity requires a deposit to be paid. for reservations of 28-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. the deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival. unity allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. for further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations. the new opening hours of the front desk is 7am-9pm. our guests will receive a welcome letter with instructions regarding late check-ins and as well as digital check-in. weekly cleaning is included in the rate. extra cleaning is available for additional feethis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
