Summary: on arrival the reception staff was on the phone taking a booking whilst there was two people waiting. he gave no indication or acknowledgement that he has even seen the people waiting. ACCOR HOTEL should be embarrassed at the lack of professionalism of the restaurant. firstly there had 1 person serving and didn't even look at patrons waiting to be seated. I had to go tot bar to order room service and was greeted with "Its going to take a while depending on what you want (at this stage the restaurant had three tables occupied. I chose a quick option of Steak fries and Onion Rings which cost me $29. (very expensive) then I proceeded to wait for over 1 hour for delivery and only received it 20 minutes after I went back up top the bar to ask where it was? when delivered the steak fries were inedible. they weren't even cooked properly. by this time i was so annoyed I didn't even bother to complain which would have fallen on deaf ears as they clearly didn't care less. disappointing management who was sat his desk even when he could see the restaurant staff member was struggling. Would not recommended and will never stay there again. Overall room was lovely but the service from the staff was horrible. Do better ACCOR.
