Positive: Location is good. Room is decently sized and clean.

Negative: Some of the staff werent trained upto the mark. For example at check in the lady just handed over the key and asked us to find our way to the room. At breakfast you could see the waiters at live dosa counters touching the dosas with bare hands to check the temperature, the waiters in the breakfast hall didnt have courtesy to wait and let guests pass they would just move through even rubbing shoulders. Orders are not delivered in any particular order we ordered two dosas tog one came on time other had to be reminded after we finished the first same with orange juice. The breakfast spread was decent though, even the service was not bad but the training needs a lot to be desired. A few staff though went out of their way, differently abled staff Vishal was very helpful and forthcoming.
