Positive: quite ok for a night, clean and tidy

Negative: No clear guidance ahead of our visit regarding the airport transfer / pick-up location; bus drives just once per hour at evening times; staff in hotel with quite different attitudes from non-supportive at all to very kind and caring some rooms are located on a intermediate level, elevator does not stop there
