Positive: The location was good next to the station. Clean building.

Negative: The dishes in the room were not entirely clean and I expected a bit more of the kitchenette inside the room. I know it is not allowed to fry stuff, but it would have been nice to have some more stuff to make something. Like cutting knives, larger plates, etc. Also, my key stopped working and I had to wait over 3 hours before it was fixed. The customer service agent was nice, but I didn’t receive any updates and I wasn’t notified that it had been fixed. I was sitting in the lobby for over 3 hours on my last night and I really needed to be inside my room..
