Negative: No one responds to emails/msgs. Even after making international calls from Singapore to Vijayawada & got double confirmation about airport pickup, no one turned up. Further, it’s very hard to contact the hotel front desk! When lemon soda was ordered, there’s no soda! Very irresponsible staff!
