Summary: The location is very convenient, it is right there as you get off the ferry. It is also handy to the bus and to the supermarket, cafes and restaurants in Nelly Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice enough. The room wasn't cleaned/serviced at all while we were there, which wasn't a huge deal, but I was expecting, with the price that we paid, that it would be. The pools were freezing cold so we went in the Ocean instead and didn't use them at all. They would probably be better in Summer/hotter weather. The local rock wallabies are just a short walk away.
