We live on the ground floor in the same house. 1st and 2nd floors are meant for homestay. It has independent access from the house.
Regarding our family we are husband, wife and a son. I have done B. Text from India and later I did three years research degree in synthetic yarn processing from England. My wife is a Ph.D. holder from Indian Agricultural Research Institute from New Delhi, India. We have a son who is a Kanpur IIT alumni, presently working as a software engineer in a US software company in USA.
We all come from a very educated and talented family. Past 30 years or over three decades, I have worked in the production, R & D, training, quality of personnel in the synthetic yarn industries in various countries across the globe and was holding a very high positions in this area in USA, Central & South America and South East Asia. I have published few papers, articles on synthetic yarn quality, management. I have travelled almost 51 countries for my work and some countries even 20 times. During traveling I have seen this concept of bed & breakfast in UK, serviced apartments in USA and Mexico. Level of comfort given in various countries was of different level. You always take an inspiration from somewhere. We also did and took this inspiration. We have made a homestay which can never be forgotten. We have provided kitchens in all our apartments along with the comfort and services of servants. In western world, many high tech gazettes are available but since man power is so expensive that it is impossible that someone will come and will help you in day to day chorus.
Besides my own work as a consultant in the synthetic yarn industry, I am also working in our homestay business and I am enjoying this job. In a very short period, we have met many good people from various countries and have provided one of the best services in India & world. These are: technocrats, politicians, Judges, foreign students working on assignments of WHO, UNICEF, Corporate world personnel, Film industry people, non resident Indians, Hockey and Tennis champions, event organizers. All these people have stayed with us. These are the people those who do not wish to stay in a hotel but want to feel a home like atmosphere with comfort of a hotel. It was a pleasure of knowing these people. I feel extremely happy and I love this work. t is nice to see their smiling faces.

We are providing comfortable and affordable living in a cleaned place with all comforts. It is an alternate to a 3-4 star hotel. All out apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped. Kindly add prices for 3rd and 4th guests. They are Rs. 1,120/- per guest per day while in 2BHK, it is Rs. 2,360/- per guest per day. These are included in the room charges.
GST Charges are 12% on room rent from Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 7,500/- and 18% for room rent Rs. 7,501/- above. These are included in the room prices. You need not to pay any extra money.
Washing of cloths can be given on the payment basis. Cloths will be given to the washerman. Guests need to pay money to the washerman.
2BHK Executive Suite has two rooms with attached bath rooms, lobby, dressing room and modular kitchen. It is on the first floor. Apartment is fully furnished with almost everything.
