Positive: We recently stayed at Protea Hotel by Marriott Knysna Quays and had an absolutely amazing experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept so well. Breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection ranging from freshly made omelettes to cereals and so much more — there was truly something for everyone. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single team member was friendly, professional, and so helpful. A special mention and heartfelt thank you to the gentleman who carried everyone’s bags up and down the stairs while the lift was not working. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed — he deserves huge recognition! Highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
