Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Room was good and clean, they also provided an extra bedding which was comfortable. The staff was courteous but need some more training to work and accommodate guest under pressure situations

Negative: The location was on highway and due to an ongoing destination wedding the staff were completely busy. Also the next morning when we asked for Black Tea, the staff flatly refused to provide the same and the tone was also not good

Summary: Good Resort, but needs improvement
